In a big Mediterranean bowl, think blue, think ceramic blue and white, think salad bowl.

Pour the clear salty turquoise blue sea water that magically changes its temperature to ensure that you are not too hot or too cold.

Add to this a bagful of sunshine, golden yellow sun rays caressing your skin, nourishing it with all the vitamin D that it has been deprived of over the last few months.

Now throw in plenty of time , time to savour, to really cherish and to reclaim what is truly yours.

Add to this long languid sleeping patterns without alarm clocks or pesky routines to disturb you.

Ensure that you have in stock fresh vegetables and fruit, melons, aubergines, zucchini and of course juices, wines, the works.

Now add a pinch of clothes, jewellery, accessories and whatever else you want to embellish yourself with to make you feel happy and cheerful.

Mix well with a spirit of adventure leading to spontaneous trips and explore the place around you.

Finally, do not forget your most important ingredient, your loving family or friends or both if you are lucky.
